I saw Kristin for a 1 hour coaching session and felt very supported in my health journey. I found that her approach to coaching was patient guided - she came from a place of humility. Kristin is a healer that sees your humanity and the love that runs through you. She sees your divine knowledge and has the humility to understand she doesn’t know the answers to your healing. My session with her was so valuable because of this humility, she humbly guided me to *remember* the answers I already knew about my health. I believe that her therapy comes from a place of personal-health, she has done her own work and is clearly ready to guide you through your own remembering of the answers your body already knows. In our session I didn’t feel judged at all, I felt supported in my own search for health. By asking questions rather than preaching answers it was as though she was channeling an energy that helps get your ego out of the way of your own health!!
